It’s that time of year again at Huamei. Everybody in the kindergarten has been busy preparing for the Christmas activities like busy little elves in Santa’s workshop.
Our Chinese teaching staff were busy creating works of art on the classroom doors. Is that a door? No! It’s Santa Clause! The entire kindergarten has been beautifully transformed into a magical Christmas wonderland. Christmas trees, lights, bows and presents can be seen all around!
The smiles on the teachers and students faces alike, made the extra work all the more worth it. The children had fun singing Christmas songs and playing Christmas themed games. The children also made Christmas crafts that were displayed around the classroom. Paper plate Santas, popsicle stick Rudolphs, paper elves were just someof the crafts the students took part in.
Santa is coming
We also got a visit from Apple Brother and ………… Santa!!!!! Wholed us in super fun activities with the students and their families. Everything from dancing, parachute games, toSanta passing out presents to all the good girls and boys.
All of the students gota very special surprise Christmas morning. Santa paid a visit to each classroom Christmas Eve and the students wokeup to presents under the tree. Thechildren were beaming with Christmas spirit as they ripped into their presentsto see the wonders inside. All of the children were very excited to show the teachers what Santa brought to them for Christmas.
We hope that everybody had a wonderful and safe Christmas spent with loved ones and family. It’s this time of year that we can reflect on how lucky we all are to be a part of the warm Huamei family.
